about Me

I started my photography journey when a teacher at school persuaded the head to allow him to run photography as an A ‘Level subject. Thank you Mr Hamilton! I then went on to study for a HND at Falmouth School of Art and then a degree at Exeter College of Art. More than twenty years later here I still am. I've worked in a few photographic disciplines over the years and continue to do so, although it is the cultural Heritage sector that I most often find myself drawn towards. I have worked with a number of our leading Heritage institutions and take great pride that my photographs help to preserve and disseminate our heritage for current and future generations to study and enjoy. I also take on commissions for private collectors and work with Auction Houses and high end Antique Dealers.

I have museum object handling training so you can be confident that I will take the upmost care of your objects and collections and the images I produce are of high quality and fully colour managed. I'm also a dab hand at setting up studio spaces in the most un-studio like spaces!

I am based in London UK and can travel to wherever needed. I'm happy to take on commissions both great and small so please get in touch if you'd like to talk to me about your project.
